Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day sales and operations of spa business
  • Achieve personal and outlet sales targets consistently
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotional activities, and handle social media/phone inquiries
  • Build customer relationships into long-term clients
  • Handle customers' feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
  • Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and offer coaching.
  • Analyse, maintain, and develop standard operating procedures
  • Handle ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management
  • Build and motivate the operations team to boost sales performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to handle Mandarin-speaking customers).
  • Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service
  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the aesthetics industry, and experience in outlet management.
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
  • Results-driven and service-oriented with proven sales track record.
