Inventory Clerk

Working Days: 5.5 days every week

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store materials and supplies safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
• Prepare and issue materials for projects as requested
• Coordinate with suppliers and the purchasing team for timely deliveries
• Keep the storage area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Assist with regular stock checks and inventory audits

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse or storekeeping roles preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and able to handle loading/unloading when required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel/Word)
• Shorter notice periods are well, and it is best to be able to start work immediately
