Funding Consultant

We are seeking motivated and resourceful individuals to join our team. In this role, you will connect SMEs and individuals with suitable lenders, assess client needs, recommend financing options, and guide them through the loan process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively build and expand relationships within the SME sector.

• Acquire new clients through cold-calling, referrals, and networking.

• Assess clients' financial requirements and recommend appropriate financing solutions.

• Manage and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and business associates on ongoing funding applications.

• Ensure proper advisory practices, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and processes.

• Participate in structured training and receive ongoing support to help you succeed.

Requirements:

• Singaporeans and Permanent Resident only.

• Open to candidates with or without prior experience (training provided).

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external partners.

• Independent, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Remuneration: We offer competitive and performance-based compensation, with options that include commission-only or basic + commission structures — depending on experience and role fit.
