  • Deliver exceptional customer service — greet, assist, and engage shoppers with warmth and professionalism.

  • Maintain store presentation — keep shelves neat, clean, and fully stocked in line with Twigly's premium image.
  • Operate POS systems — handle sales, payments, refunds, and loyalty transactions accurately.
  • Support visual merchandising — ensure displays, signage, and promotions match brand standards.
  • Manage stock efficiently — receive, organize, and rotate inventory (FIFO) while tracking expiry dates.
  • Uphold hygiene and safety — maintain cleanliness and follow SFA/NEA guidelines for chilled and dry goods.
  • Assist with daily operations — participate in opening, closing, and cash reconciliation tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team — work harmoniously with colleagues and assist in training new staff.
  • Report issues promptly — flag equipment faults, safety concerns, or stock discrepancies.
