Description of Services:·       Based on Yield Engineers' request to re -test ICrejects and run voltage/temperature/frequency Shmoo analysis for rejects withA93K tester or IBIS.·       Provide ATE/IBIS analysis data & report to yieldengineer.·       Provide Bench Electrical Failure Analysis support toverify ATE test results if needed.·       Deliverables and Results:·       IC rejects re -test datalog, Shmoo analysis stdf data,ATE/IBIS analysis reports. RequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical andElectronic Engineering  1 to 3 years hands on experience to operate loadboard, handler, thermo -stream machine, A93K tester and Burn In tester (IBIS).Hands on experience to operate load board, handler, thermo -stream machine, A93K tester and Burn In tester (IBIS).Knowledge of IC backend test.Knowledge and experience of engineering data analysis.Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.Able to communication effectively to engineers of different technical background.A highly motivated team player with good analytical and problem solving skills and a strong drive to excel.1 Year contract role.
