Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes (mobile, crawler, tower, or other lifting equipment as assigned) safely and efficiently for lifting, moving, and positioning loads at various worksites.
- Select, set up, and configure the appropriate crane and rigging equipment according to lifting plans and site requirements.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure cranes are in safe working condition.
- Work closely with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors to ensure safe and precise lifting operations.
- Comply with all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and manufacturer's guidelines.
- Maintain accurate operation logs and report any defects, malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents immediately.
- Assist in basic troubleshooting or minor adjustments to crane equipment when necessary.
- Ensure cranes and associated lifting gear are cleaned and properly stored after use.
Requirements:
•Valid driver's license.
•Possess valid crane operator license from MOM
•Clean driving record.
•Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
•Effective communication skills.
•Punctual and reliable.
