Parliament is looking for someone who enjoys being around people , picking up on vibes , and bringing good energy to the room . If you've got a warm presence, a sense of humour, and maybe a little curiosity about cocktails, we'd love to meet you.

You don't have to be the loudest person in the room, but if you enjoy making guests feel welcome and think bars are more than just a place to drink, you might just be our kind of person.

Who We Are

Parliament is a neighbourhood dive bar with heart and a little edge. We're the kind of place where regulars feel at home, strangers make friends, and the music plays just a little louder than expected.

Part of the Pleasure Craft Group (Marcy's, Maggie's), Parliament is where conversation meets cocktail , and where a good shift always ends with a laugh.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests and make them feel looked after (without being stiff about it)
  • Run the floor with warmth, care, and rhythm
  • Support the bar team—and start picking up bar knowledge if you're keen
  • Jump into prep, open/close duties, and guest service as needed
  • Add your personality to the space—we like that
What You'll Get

Evening shifts only – No early mornings, no split shifts

44 hours/week – 5 days on, 2 days off
