Job Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with clients to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Conceptualize, design, and propose creative interior solutions tailored to each client.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and space planning proposals.
- Oversee project coordination with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Take ownership of sales efforts — from consultation to contract closure.
- Manage client relationships to build trust, secure deals, and generate referrals.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong design sense with the ability to communicate ideas visually and verbally.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport and close clients confidently.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp & etc).
· Minimum 1 year of experience as an interior designer, preferably in a sales-oriented role.
