Responsibilities:
- Monthly budget planning for department
- Tenancy and contract negotiations
- A&P planning with individual brands.
- Execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Setting KPI for department
- Reviewing buying processes and approval for product mix for individual brands
- Staff management with individual brands
- Liaising with suppliers (local and international)
- Ensure that safety of department's operations and welfare for both internal and external stakeholder are considered
- Brand identity, brand positioning and USP development
- Brand sourcing and brand development to ensure department stays ahead of competition
- Working with team on redesigning of company's operational procedures.
Requirement
- Possess at least a Diploma.
- Min 3 years of working experience in the Luxury retail environment and management
- Retail Operational and Merchandising Experience is a must.
- Posses leadership skill and able to give trainings and coaching to staffs for sales purpose.
- Ensure the sales floor and retail operations of the store are in comply with companies' policies and procedures
