Job Title: Hair Spa Therapist

Job Level: Entry-level to Wellness Director

Department: Beauty Department

Location: Orchard, Singapore

Salary: Starting$2,800/month

Working days: 5-6 days a week

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality hair spa treatments, including scalp cleansing, massage therapy, steaming, and detox rituals.
  • Conduct scalp consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans and home care products.
  • Educate clients on scalp and hair health, including product usage and lifestyle guidance.
  • Prepare treatment areas and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Maintain detailed client records for return visits and personalized care.
  • Collaborate with stylists and front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • With at least 1 year of experience in massage scalp therapy, or beauty/wellness treatments (head spa experience is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of hair/scalp anatomy, product ingredients, and wellness trends.
  • Strong hands-on massage technique and understanding of pressure points.
  • Warm, intuitive, and professional client service skills.
  • A calm, focused presence and a genuine interest in healing work.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
