Manager/Senior Manager, Lean Six Sigma Excellence, Operational Excellence

This role support the APAC and Food solutions Operational Excellence team, and looks at strengthening corporate business performances through continuous improvement and quality service delivery.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct Green Belt training sessions for candidates from APAC, ensuring adherence to the standardized curriculum and training materials provided.
• Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions to effectively transfer knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools and techniques to Green Belt candidates.
• Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training, clarifying concepts, addressing questions, and offering real-world examples

Mentoring and Coaching:

• Serve as mentors to Green Belt candidates, guiding them through the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) methodology and helping them apply Lean Six Sigma tools to their projects.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to Green Belts, at regularly scheduled intervals, assisting them in project selection, data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Share personal experiences and lessons learned to inspire and motivate Green Belts to drive continuous improvement within their areas of responsibility.

Project Oversight:

• Review project charters developed by Green Belt candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, clarity of objectives, and feasibility of scope, target saving realization.
• Monitor project progress through regular checkpoints, reviewing data analysis, problem-solving efforts, and implementation plans.
• Contribute to the definition, organization and delivery of training sessions

Drive Operational Excellence:

• Rollout Operational Service Excellence (OSE): Implement OSE in the Business Unit and across APAC countries, focusing on four principles and twelve elements to establish a strong foundation and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and facilitate OE projects: Spearhead various Operational Excellence (OE) projects and initiatives at both regional and global levels. Aim for standardization, best practice sharing, productivity improvement and process optimization.
• Monitor and Report Performance: Track the progress of OE projects and initiatives. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must be a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, preferably Master Black Belt
• Previous experience teaching Lean Six Sigma certifications
• Must be comfortable interacting with, and coaching, individuals at various levels of an organization with the appropriate level of tact
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must have an extremely high level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to manage stakeholders across the organization
