Medical Escort/Aide and Transport Executive

The Job
The Medical Escort/Aide & Transport Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating non-emergency medical transportation and escort services for clients. This role involves scheduling, liaising with drivers and volunteers, client assessment, and ensuring that each client's journey is safe, comfortable, and well-documented.
Responsibilities
- Manage client referrals from AIC and senior members, conducting initial assessments to determine service needs.
- Maintain up-to-date client profiles covering medical, mobility, and psychosocial aspects.
- Coordinate and schedule medical escort services; accompany clients when necessary.
- Ensure client safety and well-being during transport and appointments.
- Engage, train, and coordinate volunteer escorts; maintain volunteer roster and assign duties.
- Collaborate with drivers to plan efficient transport routes and schedules.
- Keep accurate service records, including trip logs and incident reports.
- Submit timely MET reports and support audits by ensuring complete documentation.
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.
Requirement
- Related experience in working with the elderly / social sector / healthcare
- Possess a good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for managing documentation, schedules and reports.
