Massage Therapist (City Hall, 5 days between Mon to Sun, Up to $ 4,000)

  • City Hall area
  • 5 days per week (Across Mon to Sun)
  • 2 shifts settings, 10am to 7pm or 1pm to 10pm
  • Salary up to $ 4,000

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of massages, facials, body treatments, and hydrotherapy services using correct techniques and tools.
  • Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction during every treatment.
  • Check for guest health conditions or contraindications before each session.
  • Arrive on time, update guest records, and follow up after treatments.
  • Escort guests to and from treatment areas and ensure their comfort throughout.
  • Address guest questions and handle inappropriate behavior professionally.
  • Keep treatment rooms and relaxation areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Sanitize tools, dispose of used materials properly, and secure supplies after each shift.
  • Assist with other spa areas like reception, retail, and preparation rooms as needed.
  • Report faulty equipment and help manage inventory for treatment supplies.
  • Keep up with new treatment techniques and attend team meetings regularly.
  • Participate in demonstrations and events when required.
  • Follow spa procedures and maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude.
  • Stay on schedule and complete daily assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid certificate in massage services (E.g. CIBTAC/CIDESCO/ITEC/WSQ qualifications)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Spa/Massage therapist
  • Good communication skills with a warm, caring attitude towards guests
