Supervisor - Chatterbox Express

The food and lifestyle division of OUE Limited, OUE Restaurants is on a mission to create genuine and exceptional dining experiences that cater to a diverse range of diners in Singapore and overseas. Its growing portfolio features a distinct host of restaurants and bars - from fine and bespoke, to fast and casual.

Key Responsibilities

·       Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to SOPs

·       Oversee and manage POS systems, ensuring accuracy in all cash and card transactions, billing, and cash float reconciliation at the start and end of shifts

·       Lead and guide the service team in taking orders, upselling promotions, recommending menu specialties, and delivering excellent customer service

·       Monitor accuracy of bills, payment transactions, and resolution of discrepancies in a timely and professional manner

·       Supervise takeaway and delivery operations, including order processing on delivery platforms, packaging quality, and timely handover to customers

·       Ensure proper setup of dining area, including tables, chairs, and service mise en place, while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards

·       Oversee food and beverage service to ensure orders are accurate and served promptly to customers

·       Support and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for beverage preparation, food quality, and service speed

·       Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and provide on-the-job coaching to ensure team efficiency

·       Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to Management where required

·       Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards across all staff

·       Motivate, lead, and develop service staff to achieve high standards of service excellence

·       Any other supervisory duties assigned by Management

Requirements and Qualifications

·       At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B preferred

·       Strong leadership and team management skills

·       Service-oriented, proactive, and able to resolve issues independently

·       High standards of hygiene, grooming, and safety awareness

· Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills
