We are seeking an experienced Global Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Expert to lead the administration and operations of our LTI programs across multiple jurisdictions. This is a critical role that ensures data integrity, platform automation, and seamless cross-functional collaboration to support our global compensation strategies.

• LTI Design & Administration

• Participate in the design and manage global long-term incentive programs, including pool planning, vesting schedules, distribution, and communications.

• Lead the end-to-end administration of Long-Term Incentive plans globally, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Maintain high standards of LTI data accuracy, reporting, and analytics.

• LTI-related Global Compliance & Governance

• Ensure global compliance with employment, tax, and securities regulations in jurisdictions such as the US, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and the EU.

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and external counsel to navigate crypto-specific issues

• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

• Act as the LTI expert for LTI-related questions, interfacing with stakeholders at all levels including C level senior stakeholders.

• Partner with Finance on 409a (or similar) equity valuations to execute comprehensive LTI plans.
• Support investor relations and board reporting on equity/token incentive strategies.

• Communications & Enablement

• Develop bilingual (English & Mandarin) communication and training materials explaining tokenomics and incentive mechanics to employees and advisors.

• Act as an internal consultant for Human Resources Business Partners and internal and external legal counsel on LTI strategy in emerging markets and new entity setups.
• Partner with key stakeholders including HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of LTI cycles.

• Data, Modeling & Reporting

• Ensure data accuracy and data workflow between systems

• Lead configuration of LTI module in HRIS system on the Total Rewards side
• Analyze LTI effectiveness, dilution modeling, and cost forecasting for token and equity plans.
• Support audit and reporting requirements, including equity cap table, vesting cliffs, and fair value analysis.

• Process & Policy Administration

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all Total Rewards policies and training materials.

• Design regular and timely Total Rewards training and change management activities to ensure consistent adoption across HR internal teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions where LTI programs are offered.

• Lead Total Rewards automation on the OKEngine platform

• Oversee the automation and optimization of LTI processes and platforms.

• Serve as the primary liaison between COE teams and project managers, ensuring clear requirements and expectations are set for OKEngine integrations.
• Identify inefficiencies in the existing process and tools, lead tech-driven solutions leveraging OKEngine capabilities.

• 10+ years of total rewards/equity design & administration experience, preferably in crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech.
• Deep knowledge ofglobal equity compensation, including pool planning, burn rate modeling, vesting, cliffs, and liquidity events.
• Excellent analytical skills; expert level in Excel and experience with RSU/Share/token cap table
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is a must, both written and verbal.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong global experience managing incentive programs across Asia, North America, and Europe.
• Understanding of crypto regulatory frameworks (SEC, MAS, HKMA, etc.) and tax implications
