Responsibilities:

  • Daily-checking and inspection of SCADA for UPW, WWTP & PCW system.
  • Perform water analysis for UPW, WWTP & PCW system.
  • Perform daily operational consumables replenishment, scheduled/routine equipment maintenance.
  • Support monthly samples submission for legal compliances.
  • Execute project installation, machine modifications and productivity improvements.
  • Conduct operational training and maintenance guidance for new joined members.
  • Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to suprvisor on time.
  • Ensure compliance to ISO Operating Procedures with Safe Practices.
  • Systems Include: Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) tanks & supply; Wastewater Treatment (WWT) tanks & discharge; Sewerage (SEW) drainage & discharge; Domestic/NEWater (WSS) tanks & supply; Process Cooling Water (PCW) tanks & supply; Process Waste Water (PWW) tanks & drainage.

Requirements:

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Experience in using SCADA systems for process control in Annual Plant Maintenance, ISO/RBA audits, and NEA/PUB audits would be an advantage.
  • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient with basic Microsoft Office, speak English and write simple report.
  • Willing to work in cleanroom environment and 12-hour shift arrangement.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work in teams.
