Role Overview
As an Analyst in PACES, you will support the Investment and Relationship Management teams by conducting research, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth operational execution. We are looking for candidates keen to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of private wealth and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare investment proposals, portfolio reports, and performance updates for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market, sector, and company research to support investment decisions.
- Assist in monitoring client portfolios, tracking market trends, and highlighting potential risks.
- Manage day to day business operations mainly focusing on client services related matters.
- Ensure that all processes adhere to Regulatory Requirements and Internal Policies
- Liaise with external partners such as private banks, financial institution in matters pertaining to clients' account maintenance, and any matter related to clients' services
- Undertake ad hoc duties as directed by the directors relating to market trends, research and future projects.
- Assist and liaise with parties relating to VCC structuring & incorporating matters including any operational duties for the VCC structured under the company's management.
- Support relationship managers with client servicing and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg or similar financial tools is a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn about financial markets and investment management.
- Is driven, tenacious and possess a strong sense of work ethics
- Has strong interpersonal skills and is a good team player who can work independently and diligently
