About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin Account Executive to join our team in Tai Seng North-East Region. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling the full cycle of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  2. Maintaining and updating financial records and databases to ensure data integrity
  3. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  4. Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
  5. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounting function
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address financial and accounting-related inquiries

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounts or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  3. Proficiency in using accounting software and standard office productivity tools
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
