Job Purpose

-Work closely with ground handlers for front line counter operation (check in counter, check passport, travel documents, issue boarding tickets, answer enquiries)

-Supervision of ground agents

Coordinate with other related department .

  • lost and found duties

-Ensure smooth arrival and departure process and work with Flight Captain and Cabin Crew Attend to calls and emails

-Provide excellent customer service to passengers and answer general enquiries

-Oversee special handling requirements (VIP, etc) to ensure smooth handling

Other duties, tasks and projects as may be assigned by Station Manager from time to time.

Qualifications & Experience

  • ITE/JC/Polytechnic level and above

  • Fluent in English and Chinese

  • Experience in Airport Ground Handling Services or airline related experience would be advantageous

  • Quick learner with systems and experienced with use of Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook E-Mail advantageous

  • Working knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS) and knowledge of Basic Fares and Ticketing would be advantageous

  • The flight schedule requires a rotating shift roster.
