Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (off on Weekends and Public Holiday)

Job Summary:

As Playmade's Boba Master, you will be responsible for crafting our signature handmade pearls (boba) in the central kitchen. You will learn and master the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all our pearl flavours while ensuring that every batch meets Playmade's standards of quality, texture, and freshness. This role is hands-on and essential to maintaining the consistency and reputation of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the art of boba making and master the SOPs for all Playmade pearl flavours.
• Uphold pearl quality, consistency, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Perform daily preparation of ingredients required for boba making.
• Maintain cleanliness and serviceability of all pearl-making equipment and tools.
• Ensure the work area and production facilities are kept clean and organized in accordance with food safety standards.
• Monitor production parameters such as cooking time, temperature, and ingredient proportions to maintain quality.
• Support inventory checks and report any shortage or quality issues promptly.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Central Kitchen Supervisor or Area Manager.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required - on-the-job training will be provided.
• Pleasant disposition, well-groomed, and a good team player.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks (kneading, mixing, lifting).
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to commence work at short notice will be an added advantage.
