As a Clinical Coordinator (Surgical Review), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Work with the clinician champion to identify surgical patients who meet the Program's criteria.
• Collect patient data before, during, and after surgery using the hospital's medical record system.
• Follow up with patients to track their recovery and response to treatment.
• Attend weekly clinical review meetings to record any complications after surgery.
• Look for ways to improve and simplify the data collection process.
• Use available tools and resources to gather accurate and reliable data.
• Enter and manage data using software applications.
• Ensure data is entered correctly and on time, following the Program's requirements.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree.
• Nursing or medical background is preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft office application, specifically in MS Word/Excel/Power Point/Outlook.
