As we expand our footprint and elevate our brand, we're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts across all touchpoints.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support our business goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for brand development and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy
  • Develop and implement brand positioning, vision, mission, and core values.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.
2. Company Communications Setup
  • Develop internal and external communication strategies.
  • Define tone of voice, core messaging, and content templates across platforms.
3. Marketing Channels Management
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing channels to ensure consistent and impactful brand visibility.
  • Monitor channel performance and adjust strategy as needed.
4. Customer Service Journey Mapping
  • Design and map a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post-service follow-up.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize the customer journey.
5. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
  • Plan, execute, and analyze seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Align campaigns with business goals to boost visibility and conversion.
6. Collaterals Design & Development
  • Create digital and print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
  • Ensure all materials align with the brand identity and messaging.

7. Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute ideas for the company's social media channel
    Grow the company's social media account and branding
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a marketing role; automotive or rental industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms and photoshop/editing skills (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
