Job Requirements & Qualification:- 7+ years' experience in ACTIMIZE solutions: SAM (Suspicious Account Monitoring), CDD, IFM (Integrated Fraud Management)
- Experience in WLF and ActOne / RCM customizations
- Solid business communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- JAVA, PL/SQL
- Analyze AIS, RCM, WLF Issues raised by the L1 team
- Analyze queries raised by the business team
- Perform RCA on the issues in the batch and real time processes
- Coordinate with the Business team and various technical stakeholders for the resolution
- Come up with solutions for fixes and any enhancements
