Central Singapore Persol Kelly Singapore Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from line managers, delivering accurate and timely guidance and information
  • Oversee the recruitment process for non-executive roles across all brands
  • Handle work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees
  • Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual performance appraisal exercises
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in both the HRIS and physical personnel files
  • Prepare and compile monthly headcount reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree or above in Human Resource or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in end to end recruitment will be added advantages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
