Position Overview:

We are seeking a caring and committed Preschool Educator (L2) with 2 to 3 years of experience and a deep interest in play-based and sensory learning approaches. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that encourages both academic and social-emotional growth. Immediate availability is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons with a focus on play-based, sensory learning experiences
  • Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and exploration
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing timely feedback to parents and guardians
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure the holistic development of students
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning space
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs

Requirements:

  • A diploma and bachelors in ECCE with L2
  • 2 to 3 years of experience working with children aged 5-6 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for play-based, sensory learning and child development
  • Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to education
  • First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
