Job Responsibilities-
Assist in preparing floral products for daily customer orders (e.g. hand bouquets, arrangements, stands, hampers) under guidance.

Prepare floral materials and tools, such as conditioning flowers, wrapping materials, floral foam, and containers.

Handle basic floral assembly work once trained.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the work area.

Work as part of a team to meet daily order timelines.

Overtime will be required during peak seasons (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, CNY).

1–2 years of relevant experience in a florist or floral production environment preferred

Willingness to learn and take direction

Good attitude, punctual, and a team player

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Comfortable with standing for long hours and hands-on tasks

Must be able to work overtime during festive periods
