Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry, particularly in commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead negotiations for new contracts, ensuring the terms and conditions are favorable for the company while managing client expectations.
  • Work closely with project management and estimating teams to ensure a seamless transition from business development to project execution.
  • Track and report on sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and pipeline opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry, with a focus on Main Contractor work.
  • Strong understanding of the construction market, including regulatory requirements, bidding processes, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
