Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly inspections for all sites to ensure compliance to Safety and related guidelines.
- Organize training as required for all personnel relating to QEHS matters.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on the QEHS status to management for review and necessary actions.
- To review, administer & keep up to date in house related policies and procedures to related guidelines.
- Provide Site-level Document Control Support and Technical Expertise.
- Define, create, and maintain controlled documents and document control procedures.
- Maintain and keep up to date for all necessary records.
- Perform Accident or Incident Investigations.
- Suggest for corrections and follow-up to correct any non-compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Facilities Management or related fields.
- Minimum Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
- WSQ Manage Work at Height would be advantageous.
- Must have Class 2 or 3 license, posession of own vehicle will be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Able to work well independently and in a team.
