About the Role

LVL Music Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Violin Teacher to deliver high-quality music instruction and nurture students' musical development. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and teaching skills, deep product knowledge, and a love for music education, capable of promoting LVL's services and programs effectively.

Your Role:

• Deliver engaging violin lessons to students aged 3.5 years to adults, tailored to individual learning needs.
• Plan, prepare, and execute structured lesson plans to ensure consistent progress
• Follow LVL's curriculum and guides (full training will be provided)
• Teach music theory (ABRSM)and prepare students for examinations.
• Organise and manage recitals and performance opportunities to showcase student achievements.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with students and parents to support learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow teaching staff to enhance curriculum and student experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Diploma in Music, with a degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record in violin instruction.
• Proficient in teaching both practical violin skills and music theory to students of all ages.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and oversee recitals.
• Collaborative, positive, and passionate about nurturing students' musical journeys.

Perks and Packages

• Base Salary: $3,600 – $4,800 per month
• Uncapped Commissions: Opportunity to earn additional income on top of the base salary, bringing total monthly earnings to $5,000+ depending on performance
