Job Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals independently or in collaboration with the sales manager.
  • Coordinate with sales admin, production, logistic teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions that align with their goals.
  • Proactively identify, target, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential leads in line with Company's strategy.
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and value propositions to decision-makers.
  • Resolve client issues and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, market analysis and ad-hoc reports.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and resilient in achieving sales goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents preferred.
