This is a full-time on-site Assist Manager / Manager role located in Singapore. The Manager is responsible for managing the entire aftersales process for fleet customers. This role includes overseeing technicians, ensuring optimal service processes, managing costing and profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly process-driven and capable of achieving financial and operational targets while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire aftersales process for fleet customers, ensuring smooth operations and maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales services and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage the performance and productivity of all technicians, ensuring they follow established processes and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular training and provide guidance to enhance technical skills and service quality.
  • Manage scheduling and workload distribution to ensure timely service completion.

Costing and Profitability:

  • Analyze and manage the workshop's costing, pricing strategies, and profitability.
  • Track and report profit and loss for aftersales operations, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.

Process Improvement:

  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve the speed, accuracy, and quality of service delivery.
  • Ensure all services adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, ensuring their needs are met or exceeded.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly, resolving issues to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in automotive aftersales or customer service are a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent understanding of automotive aftersales processes and financial management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
