The Pharmacy Retail Associate will provide quality customer service and assist the retail supervisor in ensuring smooth operations in the retail pharmacy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversaw daily pharmacy operations, including store opening, cash handling, stock monitoring, and housekeeping to ensure smooth retail activities.
  • Maintained inventory accuracy through SAP entries, stock replenishment, goods receipt, inter-branch transfers, and stock-taking exercises.
  • Ensured store security, proper storage conditions, and compliance with equipment maintenance and record-keeping standards.
  • Delivered excellent customer service by reducing wait times, managing queues, and promoting weekly specials with effective up-selling.
  • Supported administrative tasks such as sales reporting, documentation, and monthly analysis.
  • Trained and guided new staff and promoters on workflows, retail operations, and pharmacy practices.

Job Requirements:

  • GCE N or O level qualification with 2 years of retail experience
  • Excellent service oriented and has good interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and self-motivated.
  • Able to work 5 and half days work week
