Job Description:

  • Lead the inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing of UAV hardware and associated systems to maintain operational readiness and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults using advanced diagnostic tools and apply engineering principles to rectify issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and logistics to plan maintenance schedules and implement system upgrades.
  • Manage and work with standard operating procedures, maintenance manuals, and technical reports to support knowledge management and compliance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices to uphold the highest standards of operational safety.
  • Support UAV users during events / exercises, when requested.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering.
  • Proven experience in UAV maintenance and troubleshooting, with a strong technical background in electronics, mechanics, and system integrations.
  • Possession of relevant certifications or qualifications demonstrating advanced technical proficiency in UAV systems is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation across teams and stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance

Daily work Location is in Murai Camp (located near Lim Chu kang) and some time in Rifle Range. Transportation to be provided (to be discussed during interview). This is a permanent job opportunity. IT IS NOT A CONTRACT ROLE.
