Our client is seeking a HVAC Engineer to join their team
About Our Client

Over 40 years of experience and a $2 billion annual turnover. Specializing in modular design and construction, they have delivered over 80 modular plants, with more than 70 being overseas projects. They offer a turnkey solution from engineering and design to GMP compliance and validation for the pharmaceutical industry.

What you'll be doing?
  • Develop HVAC Design: Create HVAC design deliverables across all project phases, ensuring compliance with standards and codes.
  • Prepare Calculations: Conduct load and air balance calculations, prepare airflow diagrams, and create AHU zoning layouts and duct designs.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and review technical documents, specifications, and 3D models using Revit and SketchUp.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with LDI, PE, and QP teams to ensure design and compliance.
  • Support Procurement: Assist in procurement activities, including BOQ preparation, value engineering, and bid evaluation.
  • Compliance Review: Review subcontractor and LDI submissions to ensure compliance with URS and local codes.
  • Site Support: Provide technical support during site construction and commissioning.
  • FM and LEED Consultancy: Contribute to facility management and LEED design consultancy efforts.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant HVAC experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA, cGMP, ISO14644, 21 CFR Part 211 standards and local/international building codes.
  • Material Selection: Understanding of material selection for cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
