Location: Jurong East

Pay: $10.50/hour

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 5 days/week (3 weekdays, 2 weekends + Public Holidays)

Contract: 2 months (extendable)

Role Overview:

Join the team for the Biggest Dinosaur Exhibition As an Exhibition Assistant, you will support the Special Projects & Travelling Exhibitions team, ensuring visitors have a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily exhibition operations and logistics
  • Monitor exhibit areas for visitor safety and engagement
  • Manage visitor flow and assist with crowd control
  • Provide basic information and guidance about exhibits
  • Conduct regular checks on exhibits and report technical issues
  • Support activities such as queue management, material distribution, and interactive sessions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of exhibition spaces
  • Share curated narratives to enhance visitor understanding of exhibition themes
  • Answer visitor queries and facilitate interactive experiences
  • Deliver excellent visitor service, creating a welcoming and informative environment

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing, with a friendly attitude toward visitors
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
  • Good communication skills and confident speaking to groups or individuals
  • Prior relevant experience is a plus
  • Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Responsible, reliable, and punctual
