Cashier/Tea Brewer

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Cashier/Tea Brewer to join our growing team at Shinko', a leading retailer in the Tampines West East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our store.

What you'll be doing

1. Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card payments
2. Prepare and serve a variety of premium teas and beverages to customers
3. Maintain a clean and well-organised work environment
4. Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
5. Restock and rotate inventory as needed
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or food service environment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work well in a team and independently
4. Attentive to detail and able to handle cash and card transactions accurately
5. Passionate about providing excellent customer service
6. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
