Your role is optimize manufacturing efficiency and productivity through innovative applications, breakthrough analysis, and strategic planning to enhance production processes and meet customer demands.

Job Description

  • Ensure seamless cooperation between the core factory infrastructure and the production execution system (SiView).
  • Integrate machine and equipment applications for data collection and status monitoring to establish a robust system for management and adjustment.
  • Define precise specifications for tools and monitors to facilitate full automation and successfully meet established goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that robotic workstations, detection instruments, and database tools adhere to standards and meet goals.
  • Establish and enhance planning capabilities to optimize fab capacities to meet customer requirements efficiently.
  • Drive the implementation of processes towards achieving 100% automation and 0% deviation escape goals in the 12 fab.

Requirement

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technology is preferable .
  • Knowledge of CIM, Full Automation, and Quality Management.
  • Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, Java, or Python.
  • Proficiency in utilising SiView and Factorywork systems.
