What you do
- Lead and manage a team of branch staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and community leaders
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Who you are
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in banking or a related industry
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial markets and products
- A collaborative and innovative approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
