Roles & Responsibilities

• Updating of workers occupancy list by use of microsoft excel
• Maintain Cleanliness of Dormitory premises
• Conduct regular unit inspection and rectification on irregularities
• Schedule & supervise clean-up and repair assignments as and when needed
• Ensure that rooms are equipped for the check-in of new foreign workers
• Responsible to brief the new foreign workers on Dormitory's rules & regulations
• Collaborate with security staffs to conduct checks on possession of unauthorized & illegal items
• Supervise and monitor the performance of the security and facilities management provider
• Attend to workers' queries & feedback etc
• To ensure compliance of all dormitory licensing requirements and liaise with government authorities on any issue that may arise from time to time
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School or equivalent
• Able to work in night shift
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work at Tuas area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2, $2,700.00 per month

Education:

• Lower Secondary Qualification (Preferred)

Experience:

• dormitory: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• class 3 licence (Preferred)
