We're Singapore's leading e-commerce store for balloon gifting and celebration styling. We create personalised balloon setups and joyful party experiences for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and everything in between.
We're looking for a Balloon Stylist & Fulfilment Executive to join our growing team. This hands-on role blends creativity, styling, and order fulfilment — perfect for someone who's meticulous, visual, and enjoys crafting memorable customer experiences.
We are also preparing to become a participating employer in the Work-Study Diploma (WSDip) programme with ITE. Candidates who are eligible and committed may be enrolled in a WSDip track once the application window reopens (estimated August–October 2025).
What You Need to Know:
- Choose between a 4-day or 5-day work week — let's find a schedule that fits both your life and our needs. (Pay will be commensurate with your chosen arrangement and level of responsibility)
- You must be available to work on Fridays and Saturdays
- Typical Work Hours: 8am - 5:30pm (Fridays and Saturdays starts 30mins earlier)
- We're looking for someone who sees this as a long-term opportunity (1.5–2 years) to grow and be groomed within the team
What You'll Do
- Style and prepare balloon orders according to customer customisations and campaign themes
- Inflate, layer, arrange, and finish balloons (including ribboning, tying, and weight prep)
- Ensure all balloon pieces are packed securely and beautifully for delivery or pickup
- Assist with product photoshoots and styling setups for our online store and social media
- Support fulfilment tasks: packing parcels, labelling, and preparing accessory items
- Participate in stock unpacking, sorting, replenishment, and basic warehouse upkeep
- Work with the styling and design team to ensure quality, timeliness, and visual consistency
- Guide and mentor part-time team members during high-volume periods
- Occasionally assist with on-site installations or event setups when needed
Who We're Looking For
- Graduates (O-Level, A-Level or Diploma) with strong work ethic and good eye for detail
- Hands-on, dependable, and willing to learn a creative craft
- No prior balloon experience required – full training will be provided
- Able to commit to weekend & Public Holiday shifts (where required)
- Physically fit and able to handle light lifting/packing
- Bonus if you have experience in crafts, events, floral design, or content creation
Optional: Work-Study Diploma Pathway
We plan to participate in the ITE Work-Study Diploma (WSDip) programme (Aug–Oct Committed team members may be nominated to earn a government-recognised diploma while working full-time with us.
