Logistics Coordinator

We invite a suitably qualified candidate to fill the above position.

Responsibilities:

  • Import & Export processing/documentation

  • Sales & Invoices Documentation

  • Generate All Shipping Documents for L/C Negotiation & CO application

  • Liaise with customers/forwarders on shipping arrangements

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O" level or equivalent

  • 1 to 2 years relevant working experience

  • Knowledge in Import & Export Procedure/Activities

  • Knowledge in IT, Microsoft Office

  • UBS System knowledge is an added advantage

  • Able to work independently and liaise with Forwarders/Shipping Logistics companies

  • Preferably able to start work immediately or within a short notice

  • 5-day work, 8am to 5.15pm

  • Able to work overtime, if required

  • Willing to work in Jurong (Jalan Tukang area)
