As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and observations to understand clients' needs and functioning.
- Develop individualized formulations and intervention plans based on evidence-based approaches.
- Deliver therapy and psychological interventions to support clients' mental, emotional, and behavioural well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate client care.
- Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and caregivers to enhance coping and self-management.
- Participate in case discussions, reviews, and care planning meetings as required.
- Offer consultation and support to internal staff and external partners on psychological and behavioural matters.
- Engage in clinical supervision, professional development, and reflective practice to maintain competence.
- Contribute to quality improvement, research, and evaluation initiatives to enhance service effectiveness.
- Adhere to professional, ethical, and organisational standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology or Education Psychology from a recognised university.
Registered or eligible for registration, license or practising certificate with an established or recognised psychological professional body such as SRP, APA, APS or BPS.
Relevant clinical and supervision experience
