The Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions (FTIS) team is seeking an Intern to work directly with our portfolio management team in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all facets of macro and multi-asset investing, working on projects that span research, data analysis, AI-driven solutions, and trade idea generation. The full time Internship will last for 25-35 weeks for the period December 2025 to August 2026.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?

• Assist in collecting, classifying, and analyzing financial and economic data

• Conduct independent research projects on macroeconomic and market topics

• Build and enhance market monitors, reports, and trade tracking tools

• Develop and implement AI-driven applications to enhance portfolio management workflows

• Collaborate with teams across investments, engineering, data, and infrastructure on technology-driven projects

• To assist in operational and administrative matters of the team

What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?

• Penultimate year students with an excellent academic track record

• Strong interest in macro markets and multi-asset investing

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and present findings effectively

• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and a strong team player
