Job Scope

Must commit 2 days (8 & 9 November 2025)

  • Welcome guests with a friendly attitude
  • Help with registration, ushering, or giving information
  • Give out snacks or small gifts
  • Assist with basic admin or logistics
  • Keep the event area clean and running smoothly
  • Friendly, energetic, and positive
  • Comfortable talking to guests and answering simple questions
  • Can follow instructions and work well with others
  • Responsible, on time, and professional

Job Requirements

  • Briefing started at 9.15am
  • No smoking break.

Freelancer are required to stay within the hall throughout operating hours.

  • Bring own water bottle
  • Pantry access will be provided

Attire: ➾ BLACK Plain Top/ Polo Tee ➾ BLACK Long pants or jeans ➾ Covered shoes Important Notice: Kindly arrive BEFORE the briefing begins. Bring physical NRIC for verification purposes. In case of early dismissal after job completion, freelancers will be paid until the actual clock out time. Contact site supervisor

(eg. Mall Entrance, Guard house, HDB block no., etc) WhatsApp text/call preferred for contacting site supervisor if voice call/SMS fails. Late comers may be rejected for the day's job DO NOT turn up until you receive EL Connect app and email notification. Leaving work before job end time is misconduct and may result in no pay. Payment is up to management discretion.
