Job Summary
we are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic barista/service staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guest. This position involves preparing and serving beverages, handling customers orders, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
Key responsibilities:
* prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, signature cloud drinks , and other beverages to customers specification.
*Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitud.
*take customers orders and handle payment transactions accurately.
*maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including equipment and workstation.
*replenish stock and supplies as needed.
*provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and conc promptly and professionally.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation.
*handle customer feedback, ensuring a positive experience for all patron.
Skills and qualification:
*previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not require.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmen.
*basic math skill for handling payments.
*Passion for coffee and services
*Strong attention to detail and ability to multitas.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
*Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, moving supplies, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2, $2,800.00 per month
