What You Will Do

  • Build a quantitative evaluation framework to assess AI model performance (speech-to-text, summarization) and cost, providing data-driven input for AI strategy.

  • Apply NLP techniques and Python tools to analyze unstructured data (user feedback, transcripts), extracting user tags and key topics for actionable insights.

  • Measure and analyze AI functionality adoption, user satisfaction, and task success rates, linking model performance metrics with business and user experience outcomes.

  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate insights into strategic recommendations and improvements.

  • Take ownership of AI analytics initiatives, driving data-informed decisions that balance technical performance and business impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.

  • 2–3 years of experience in AI product analytics, NLP applications, or related roles.

  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy, Transformers).

  • Experience designing experiments and building dashboards for AI performance evaluation.

  • Ability to connect technical model metrics with user experience and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in AI-driven tech companies.

  • Hands-on experience building AI performance-cost-user experience evaluation systems.

  • Strong understanding of NLP for text analysis, topic extraction, and tagging.

  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset for AI strategy.
