Data Governance Specialist – Hong Kong or Singapore Join a high-performing global firm that's investing heavily in data excellence and digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Data Governance professional to play a pivotal role in shaping data management standards, driving automation, and enhancing data quality across a dynamic organization. KEY: Fluency in Mandarin is a must. (read/written). The Role You'll be part of a global Technology & Data team responsible for building a robust governance framework that supports business-wide innovation and compliance. This is a key mid-level position where you'll get end-to-end exposure and genuine ownership of your work. What You'll Bring

    • Solid understanding of data governance principles —including data quality, lineage, and documentation.
  • Experience building dashboards and using tools like Purview , Collibra, or Alation .
  • Hands-on experience working with diverse teams to implement governance policies and solve data issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and passion for improving data quality
