Brief Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Engineer / Engineer (Tender), where you will lead the development of innovative structural schemes and drive technical submissions for exciting construction projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experts and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with C&S consultants to create and refine structural schemes for buildings.
  • Prepare temporary works designs that aid in effective construction planning.
  • Conduct engineering designs in accordance with Eurocodes, relevant international design codes, and Singapore standards.
  • Develop comprehensive construction methodologies, resource plans, and quality plans for tender submissions.
  • Generate micro-schedules in coordination with other trades and disciplines for submission.
  • Work alongside the tender quantity surveying team to assist in costing and proposals.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a main contractor or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in tender preparation, including ERSS plans and site utilisation plans.
  • Familiarity with codes of practice and authority submission processes is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and related software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
