Job Description:

  • Serve as the brand's frontline ambassador, representing the company with professionalism and integrity
  • Greet and engage customers, providing exceptional assistance tailored to their needs
  • Offer detailed product knowledge, including information on pricing, availability, and features
  • Meet assigned sales targets by actively promoting current offers and in-store promotions
  • Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and assisting with shelf replenishment
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), including identifying and reporting any irregularities or fraud
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience

Requirements:

  • Maximum 26 years of age
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales advisor, preferably within the fashion or retail industry
  • Able to commit to a 6-days of work in a week
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Highly organized with a structured and systematic approach to tasks
  • Proficient in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining brand SOP
  • Willing to be placed at Jewel Changi Airport.
