This technology enables us to produce unique, novel, and nature-identical aroma ingredients, and in addition, to manufacture pharmaceutical intermediates, functional materials, and other fine chemicals.

Takasago Group maintains offices, production sites, and R&D centers in twenty-seven countries and regions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform accurate compounding of flavor according to formula.
  2. Produce lab-scale batch for savoury process flavor. Operate, maintain,
    calibrate and sterilize laboratory equipment and work areas.
  3. Perform standard laboratory tests according to prescribed procedures and
    record the test results.
  4. Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures when handling
    raw materials and chemicals.
  5. Pack, label and prepare sample for QC and outgoing.
  6. Coordinate with the Flavorist and Quality Control Department and ensure
    compounded samples meet the standard.
  7. Monitor, review and replenishment of raw materials when inventory is low in
    the laboratory.
  8. Ensure raw materials used in the laboratory are stored in the correct condition
    and location to ensure quality and safety.
  9. Review and ensure optimal inventory level of library flavors.
  10. Maintain good housekeeping and a clean and safe working environment in the
    laboratory.
  11. Clean lab equipment, washing of glassware and apparatus after use.
  12. To carry out any additional job-related duties that may be assigned from time
    to time

Qualifications:

  • NITEC / Diploma in Food Science or equivalent in years of similar experience
  • Good organizing skills & time management skills
  • Basic laboratory procedures and methodology
  • Accurate and speed capabilities in dosing
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience
